Service Description

Prepare for the Bromo Art Walk with our Open Art Studio, available every Saturday in March and April from 12 PM to 3 PM. For just $15 per session, artists can enjoy a welcoming space to work on their projects, connect with other creatives, and refine their pieces in time for the big event. Whether you need a quiet spot to focus or a collaborative environment to spark inspiration, our studio is here to support your artistic journey. Drop in and create—we can’t wait to see what you’ll make!

Cancellation Policy

General Conduct Respect Others: Treat fellow artists, staff, and visitors with respect. Refrain from disruptive behavior, loud noises, or inappropriate language. Share the Space: Be mindful of others and share resources, tools, and workspace fairly. Keep the Studio Clean: Clean your workspace after use and properly dispose of waste materials. Return tools and equipment to their designated places. Safety and Equipment Use Follow Equipment Instructions: Use all tools and equipment as instructed. If unsure, ask for assistance or read the provided manuals. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Wear appropriate safety gear (e.g., gloves, goggles, aprons) when handling hazardous materials or equipment. No Open Flames or Hazardous Materials: Open flames and highly toxic or flammable substances are prohibited unless specifically approved. Report Damaged Equipment: Notify staff immediately if any equipment is malfunctioning or damaged. Health and Hygiene Do Not Eat or Drink in Work Areas: Food and beverages should be kept in designated areas to prevent contamination or spills. Ventilation: Use designated areas for activities that produce fumes, dust, or odors, and ensure proper ventilation is maintained. First Aid: Familiarize yourself with the location of first aid kits and emergency exits. Report any injuries immediately. Storage and Materials Label and Store Materials: Clearly label personal materials and store them in designated spaces. Unlabeled or improperly stored items may be discarded. Studio Supplies: Use studio-provided supplies responsibly; replenish communal items if possible or as instructed. Legal and Ethical Use No Illegal or Prohibited Activities: Activities that violate local laws or studio policies (e.g., creating hazardous objects or violating copyright) are not allowed. Respect Intellectual Property: Do not use others' work without permission and credit. Emergencies Follow Emergency Procedures: In case of fire, medical emergencies, or other incidents, follow staff instructions and evacuation plans. Contact Information: Provide emergency contact details when registering. Miscellaneous Supervision for Minors: Anyone under 18 must be supervised by a guardian or approved adult. Studio Hours: Adhere to the posted hours of operation; do not stay in the studio after hours unless authorized. Leave No Trace: Ensure all personal belongings are removed at the end of your session.
